Fire-heat-resistant material for protective clothing

2016
The invention relates to the manufacture of multilayer heat-heat-resistant materials and can be used in the manufacture of special fire protective clothing, requiring enhanced resistance to thermal impact during rescue operations in close proximity to an open flame, and also against adverse climatic effects. The technical result of the utility model is to provide a heat-heat-resistant protective clothing having a high heat-shielding properties. The technical result is achieved in the claimed fire-heatproof material for protective clothing, comprising a fibrous layer (1), the layers (2), (3) from a filled fluoroelastomer, formed on both sides of the fiber layer (1) and the thermally reflective layer (4) contacting its inner surface with one of the layers (2) or (3) from a filled fluoroelastomer, wherein the outer surface of the thermally reflective layer (4) coated with an additional heat reflecting coating (5), wherein the thermally reflective layer (4) and the additional heat reflecting coating (5) is s based solution filled fluoroelastomer and powdered heat reflective metal at a ratio of mass of the filled fluoroelastomer and powdered heat reflective metal thermally reflective layer (4) 15: 1, and further heat-reflective coating (5) - 3: 1 and with a ratio of the powder of the thermally mass of metal in an additional thermally reflective coating (5) and the thermally reflective layer (4) is 5: 1. This heat-heatproof material for protective clothing is preferably: - fibrous layer (1) is made on the base fabric of glass fibers; - fibrous layer (1) is made from silica base fabric yarns; - as the thermally reflective metal powder used aluminum. 1 yl.
