The present invention provides a device for repelling aquatic creatures and an array comprising the same. The device for repelling aquatic creatures comprises a buoy floating on water, a magnetic field generator which is formed on the bottom of the buoy and generates a magnetic field repelling the aquatic creatures; and a solar cell module which is formed on the buoy and supplies power to the generator of magnetic field. The generator of magnetic field contains a first electrode, a second electrode separated through a first electrode and a cable, and a length controller for controlling the length of the cable.
