Training, Testing, and Validation Data for "Deep Learning-Based Point-Scanning Super-Resolution Imaging"

This dataset consists of the following parts: (1) Training, testing, and validation data for fluorescence images and timelapses of mitochondria in cancer cells (“mitotracker”), fluorescence images and timelapses of mitochondria in neurons (“neuronal mitochondria”), and electron microscope images of neural tissues (“EM”); (2) Pretrained PSSR models for each image type described in the PSSR paper (3) A ReadMe.txt that explains the content and layout of each dataset; (4) an env.yml file listing prerequisite libraries.
