Adaptive control of manufacturing of electrical products for various applications provides the most efficient use of materials and the required operating characteristics of devices. The paper proposes a management system that provides the optimum use of all available resources to achieve high operational parameters of final products within the constraints of the materials used, the means of production control and management of their production. The proposed automatic control system based on the simulation process. The devices and testing instruments parts products at various stages of the process is proposed to use to obtain a initial information for modeling. Thus the problem of optimum processing of information is solved by filtering of the dynamic processes and responses to various random impacts, arising during controlling with the purpose of parametric identification performed in real time in the operating conditions of the control object.
