Изучение химического состава липофильной фракции некоторых видов семейства Asteraceae

2012
A gas chromatography-mass spectrometric analysis of the raw material of some Asteraceae family species (herb of Erigeron canadensis L., herb and extraction cake of Artemisia absinthium L.) has been spent by us. Raw materials of studied plant species were treated before analysis with diethyl ether (maceration) for the extraction of lipophilic compounds (dry extracts). Then we carried out acidic methanolysis by treating dry extracts of the studied objects with a solution of hydrochloric acid in methanol. The lipid components, which formed by methanolysis were extracted with hexane. The obtained extracts subjected silylation to enter into the injector of the gas chromatograph. Through this analysis we can determine the composition of total fatty acids, sterols, alcohols and heavy terpenoids. Impurities of sugars, amino acids and artifacts were eliminated by us. As a result of the spent researches we have established the presence of at least 52 components in the lipophilic fraction of Erigeron canadensis L. herb and 62 and 53 components in the lipophilic fraction of herb and extraction cake of Artemisia absinthium L. respectively.
