The modern physical representations about space and time entirely lie within quantum paradigm though they often name relativistic. However, mathematical modeling methods developed within computer science at the protected system standard model (PSSM) creation, are beyond a quantum paradigm and create paradigm shift precondition. We consider that it is necessary to describe space and time formally by means of conceptual approaches, mathematical models and methods, conceptually near developed within the PSSM. The solution of the PSSM creation problem gave us idealized model of the critical application automated data processing system with impregnable information processes. To do this, we have developed PSSM-networks mathematical formalism, allows to model impregnable information processes with pliant protective tools, providing formalization and research of PSSM security policy. It uses information processes detailing within PSSM resources hierarchical structurization providing unity of global and local PSSM security policy reviewing, for unified modeling of dynamic and static access to the information on the basis of integration of E-network and discretionary formalisms. Finite semi-Markov processes associate with PSSM-networks. For these processes description, semi-Markov matrixes formalism is used. It integrates finite Markov chain matrix formalism and stochastic processes operational formalism by continuous time and discrete states uniform reviewing. We consider that as reference points in the physics it is necessary to add the computer science force, which bases on ideas developed by us of hierarchical structurization (space-time hypercontinuum hypothesis) which efficiency approves at PSSM creation to mathematics beauty. On this way, we consider possible the general space-time theory creation with propagation of system-mathematical models and methods worked out thus on mathematical modeling in a number of other subject area. Such approach directed scientific paradigms superproblem resolution impossibility together to connect a globality and a locality, a continuity and a discreteness, and also dynamism and static character.
