Improvement in environmental reliability of amorphous indium-gallium-zinc-oxide thin-film transistors by CF 4 plasma treatment

The environmental effect of the a-IGZO TFTs with and without CF 4 plasma treatment was investigated. Compared of the untreated TFTs, the TFTs with CF 4 plasma treatment have higher immunity against environmental molecules.
