Electrical device having a package for an electric device

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a package for electric device which has high elasticity and excellent heat resistance and can deal with thinning, and to provide an electric apparatus provided therewith. SOLUTION: An electric double layer capacitor element 10 is sealed in the package 5. The package 5 comprises first and second package portions 11 and 12 composed of a sheetlike package material. The sheetlike package material includes a fiber reinforced composite material layer formed by impregnating cellulose microfibril fibers with a matrix material.
