As the high-quality carbon structural steel/high-quality alloy structural steel are adopted, machining through a forging process is carried out, and the texture strength and density of a body are improved; and through quenching heat treatment, the metallographic structure is optimized, the hardness and toughness are promoted, internal stress of the body is eliminated, and deformation after use is greatly reduced.
