The present invention relates to a method for preparing a catalyst for oxidative dehydrogenation. According to the present invention, the pH of a coprecipitation solution is maintained at a constant level using a dual drip-type settling technique to control the content of alpha-iron oxide in the catalyst, thereby producing the advantage of providing the method for preparing the catalyst for oxidative dehydrogenation having excellent conjugated diene selectivity and yield.
