Feldspar tailing unburned brick and preparation method thereof

The invention belongs to the fields of construction material and environment protection, and discloses a feldspar tailing unburned brick and a preparation method thereof. The unburned brick is prepared from the components of: 85-90% of feldspar tailings, 0.4-1% of a chemical activating agent, 8-12% of water glass, and 0.8-2% of an alkaline activator. The preparation method comprises the steps that: (1) tailing particles with sizes larger than 100 meshes are adopted as a coarse aggregate; and the other are crushed to below 250 meshes and are adopted as a fine aggregate; (2) the coarse aggregate and the fine aggregate are mixed according to a certain mass ratio; the chemical activating agent is added, and the mixture is placed 24h under room temperature, such that chemical activating is carried out; the water glass and the alkaline activator are added, and the mixture is uniformly mixed by stirring; and (3) the brick is formed by mold pressing, and is subjected to room-temperature or low-temperature curing, such that a unburned brick finished product is obtained. With the method provided by the invention, tailing pollution is reduced, and tailing recycling is realized. The preparation process is simple, and production cost is low. The performances of the unburned brick reach those of national building material industry standards.
