O filósofo analfabeto contra a “alma vestida” da alienação acadêmica

2021
In the allegorical articulation between Alvaro Vieira Pinto's “illiterate philosopher” and Fernando Pessoa's “clothed soul”, as an expression of alienation, the study on the curricular matrix of eight Philosophy courses at Federal Universities in the Southern Region of Brazil is systematized. The study was guided by materialistic dialectical analysis, implying the approximation with the phenomenon, production of data analysis and synthesis. The documents represent the conditioning factor that expresses Philosophy as a hegemonic product of the European continent, being a kind of demonstration of the “clothed soul” that makes Brazilian students averse to knowing their reality. Throughout the text, arguments in favor of criticism are presented, based on the totality in which the country is inserted. In this sense, Philosophy is strengthened against academic alienation, based, therefore, on the intention of knowing and producing the resolution of concrete problems of the people of which the Philosophy student is a part.
