The effect of verapamil and dibutyrul cAMP on the spontaneous activity of the sinus node

Verapamil stops the electrical activity of the sinus node cells. In the presence of verapamil, dibutyryl cAMP brings about a recovery of the spontaneous activity, whereas noradrenaline is ineffective.
