POM (polyoxymethylene) regenerated material for gear and preparation method thereof

The invention provides a POM (polyoxymethylene) regenerated material for a gear and a preparation method thereof. The POM regenerated material comprises 100 parts by weight of common POM recycled material, 5.105-5.421 parts by weight of reinforced POM recycled material, 0.082-0.087 part by weight of white mineral oil, 0.306-0.325 part by weight of lubricant, 0.511-0.542 part by weight of smoothing agent, 0.123-0.130 part of antioxidant, and 0.204-0.217 part by weight of flexibilizer. According to the preparation method, recycled materials are adopted for preparing the POM regenerated materialmeeting the requirements of the driving gear of a ribbon cartridge, thereby reducing cost, avoiding the waste of recycled materials and lowering environmental pollution.
