Experimental analysis and parametric updating of dynamic behavior of piping system having unknown boundary conditions

In this paper, we are interested in the experimental analysis of piping system. We present a frequency approach to identify the dynamical solicitations and characterize the vibratory and acoustical response of a part of a piping network. The proposed approach allows to characterize the boundary conditions and to update structural parameters simultaneously. The method does not need the control of the excitations, so it is suitable for in-situ and real functioning conditions applications, especially when these conditions change the behavior of the system.
