As Abordagens das Teorias do Discurso e da Hermenêutica Aplicadas à Administração / Approaches of Discourse Theories and Hermeneutics Applied to Administration

Este artigo foi construido com a proposta de avaliar os pontos de convergencia e divergencia entre as abordagens das teorias do discurso e da hermeneutica nos estudos da Administracao. Para tanto, foi realizada uma revisao sistematica de literatura em que foram analisados em profundidade os artigos que utilizam conjuntamente as perspectivas das teorias do discurso e da hermeneutica, momento em que se identificou o trabalho de Loizos Heracleous – com a proposta de uma analise de discurso estruturacionista, baseada na teoria do sociologo Anthony Giddens – como a linha teorico-metodologica mais fundamentada e explicita para a proposta de trabalho conjunto das abordagens. Os resultados, de modo geral, revelam aproximacoes entre hermeneutica e teorias do discurso, embora haja pontos especificos em que caminham por bases diferentes. Palavras-Chave: Teorias do Discurso. ABSTRACT This article was built with the purpose of evaluating the points of convergence and divergence between the approaches of discourse theories and hermeneutics in Administration studies. Therefore, a systematic literature review was carried out, in which the articles that jointly use the perspectives of the theories of discourse and hermeneutics were analyzed, at which time the work of Loizos Heracleous was identified – with the proposal of a discourse analysis structurationist, based on Anthony Giddens' sociological theory – as the most grounded and explicit theoretical-methodological line for the joint work proposal of the approaches. The results, in general, reveal similarities between hermeneutics and discourse theories, although there are specific points where they walk on different bases. Keywords: Discourse Theories.
