The results of two-dimensional numerical simulation of microwave field influence on an emulsion droplet are presented. The system of heat equations in the droplet and ambient medium was solved. The heating of ambient medium by conductive and convective thermoexchange with the droplet was taken into account. The dynamics of temperature change in the droplet and in the ambient medium are investigated. Non uniform heating of the droplet in direction of the microwave field intensity vector was found, owing to which the local break of the armor envelope is possible, and the more dispersed phase is generated.
