Detection method and detection chip of transgenosis components

The invention discloses a detection method of transgenosis components of crops. The detection method comprises the following steps: 1. preparing a transgenosis components detection chip: selecting specificity probes according to three types of genes of endogenous gene, exogenous gene and strain gene of transgenosis components crops; modifying 5' of each specificity probe by amino acid; then fixing the probe modified by amino on an aldehyde slide; and pre-hybridizing to obtain the transgenosis component detection chips; and 2. detecting: 1) obtaining primers of the transgenosis component fragments by utilizing the existing standard; 2) extracting DNA (Deoxyribose Nucleic Acid) in crop samples to be detected, so as to obtain the extracting solution; 3) carrying out multi-PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) amplification on target genes; 4) hybridizing chips and detecting: hybridizing the amplified products with the transgenosis component detecting chips; hybridizing by fluorescent probes; carrying out enzyme linkage by T4DNA ligase; conducting denaturation by NaOH; and finally washing by washing liquor; and 5) detecting and analyzing hybridizing results: analyzing the results based on the chips obtained by scanning.
