Determination of Major,Minor and Trace Elements in the Soil Sample by X-Ray Fluorescence Spectrometry

Through research and analysis of experimental results from predecessors,an X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy method for 40 components of soil samples with pressed powder pellet sample preparation has developed.The method of sample preparation is simple,low cost,rapid and efficient.The detection limits,precision and accuracy of the method for most elements can meet the requirements of sample analysis of multi-objective geochemical survey.
