Sampling device of ballast water for a ship with improved rinsing function

2012
The present invention relates to a sampling device which collects extracted water for samples in which microorganisms are concentrated in order to measure distribution and the number of microorganisms contained in ballast water for ships and, more specifically, to the sampling device of ballast water for ships with improved rinsing function which inserts and installs conical shaped filters which filter microorganisms included in ballast water, and installs a sensing chamber in which extracted water in which microorganisms are concentrated through the filter is stored at the lower side of the sampling tank. By tightly pulling the filters to upper part using a tensile cylinder while rinsing the filter, or arranging rinsing pipes in a conical shape same as the shape of the filters, or vertically moving the rinsing pipes using an elevating cylinder while obtaining spraying pressure of rinsing water by reducing the number of rinsing pipes when a plurality of ring shaped rinsing pipes equipped with rinsing nozzles on the outside of the filter is installed, the sampling device of ballast water for ships more rapidly and accurately performs rinsing for the filters so that excellent quality of extracted water for samples can be obtained, thereby contributing on enhancing reliability of measurement data.
