Dissertation is devoted to the solution of scientific and technical problem on finding of the new complex multi-layered sheeting based on Carbides and Oxides of transitional metals of groups IV-VI of the periodic system by a successive diffusive satiation in one technological loop. Features of forming of the structure and the properties of the multicomponent carbidic and carbooxidic sheeting are studied, the rational parameters of leadthrough of process of diffusive multicomponent satiation in one technological loop are set, the optimum chemical and phase compositions, structure, thickness and operating properties of coverages are determined. The mechanism of carbooxidic coverage forming is offered. New technology and construction of reactionary chamber is developed for the receiving of the complex multi-layered coverages in one technological loop.
