Detecting the Optical Disc in Digital Fundus linage with Automated and Efficient Method

In image processing an automated and efficient means of Optic Disc detection in digital fundus images is still a masked challenge. Diabetic retinopathy is a disorder that acts as a root cause of uncorrectable vision loss for people affected with diabetic. It’s a hidden thief of vision loss. It is caused due to the vandalized blood vessels that nitrify the retina. So this survey has been taken to identify the vandalized or damaged blood vessels by detecting the optic disc to prevent patients from blindness. There are numerous approaches for discovering the Optic disc in the provided digital fundus images of diabetic patients. We have proceeded our study with optic disc detection in order to justify whether the fundus image is normal or abnormal (DR) by measuring its Optic disc diameter.
