The present invention discloses a test bed used for measuring the mass inertia characteristic parameter of large power equipment. The bracket is lifted together with the level rotary table through three wire ropes; three level trimmers and three tension sensors are respectively fixed on the three wire ropes. The small open at the outer edge of the rotary table is installed with photoelectric sensor; the three tension sensors and the output signal end of the photoelectric sensor are both connected with the computer through the interface plate. The rotary table level is adjusted and the centroid of the object to be tested is aligned by using the three tension sensors; the period of the level rotary table for swinging is measured by the photoelectric sensor. The object to be tested is placed on the level rotary table; the testing plane is three-dimensional coordinate plane of the object to be tested. The present invention uses pivot reaction method and moment balance theory to quickly obtain the centroid of complicated object, uses three-wire swinging method to measure the torsion vibration period to obtain rotary rotational inertia. The quality parameter and inertial parameter are once finished on the same bench; the operation is convenient. The measurement of all the large engines and power assemblies for vehicle in the domestic is basically finished.
