The effect of doctors,nurses and pharmacists joint rounds on the Chinese medicine nursing quality

Objective To investigate doctors,nurses and pharmacists joint rounds impact on the Chinese medicine nursing quality.Methods Evaluation of the development of Chinese medicine quality of care standards,nursing satisfaction questionnaire used medical,nursing,medicine expert interdisciplinary forms joint rounds regularly on the quality of care ward of Chinese medicine,nursing satisfaction evaluation.Results Through two years practice,the knowledge of Chinese medicine,nursing skills and the nursing case score have been enhanced significantly(P<0.05 see table 1).At the sametime,srade nursing,intensive nursing and special nursing scores also enhenced significantly.Conclusion Doctors,nurses and pharmacists combination rounds can effectively improve the quality of nursing in Chinese medicine hosipitaL Key words: Joint rounds; The Chinese nursing/TCM care; Satisfaction
