Confronto tra metodi rapidi per la determinazione di antibiotici β-lattamici nel latte

In the present work it is reported a comparison study among four commercial kits for the β-lactam antibiotics determination in the bovine raw milk. The following parameters have been examined: selectivity of the used kit, sensitivity in comparison to the established tolerance levels, and univocity in the interpretation of the test result. The results reported here clearly demonstrate that the most reliable kit is the one based upon the immunobinding principles of the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.
