Reliability Research of Rail Transit Equipment Based on Survival Analysis

Effective maintenance of rail transit equipment is the basis of rail transit operation and plays an important role in improving the safety of rail transit operation. Accurate and efficient evaluation of reliability index for rail transit equipment can provide an important basis for the formulation of maintenance plan. This paper mainly studies the Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF) in reliability indices. Firstly, the maintenance strategy of equipment is analyzed, and the censoring life test of reliability test of rail transit equipment is discussed. Then, combined with the Kaplan-Meier method of survival analysis, the life data of rail transit equipment are processed, calculated and analyzed. This paper takes the equipment of AFC system as an example.
