Optimization of Culture Medium for a New Tetrodotoxin-producing Marine Bacterium B3B by Uniform Design

A new tetrodotoxin-producing marine bacterium, B3B was isolated from the ovary of puffer fish Fugu rubripes collected from the Bohai Sea, and the tetrodotoxin (TTX)was identified by high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), mass spectrometry (MS) and mouse toxicity assay.
