The Effect of Learning Organization on Organization Readiness for change Regarding the Moderating Role of Organizational Commitment

The present study aims to investigate the effect of learning organization on organization readiness for change, with moderating role of organizational commitment. The method used in this study, was applied survey in terms of objectives and descriptive nature. All 164 employees of Social Security Organization of Khorramabad city with at least an associate degree (Diploma) served as the population of the study. The target sample of 115 individuals were selected using Cochran formula of sample size determination. To select the sample, simple random sampling method was used. To collect data, three standard questionnaires were used:learning organization by Pham and Swierczek (2006), Organizational Commitment by Meyer and Allen (1997), and organization readiness for change by Silberman (2003).
