Zaburzenia w białkach kardiomiocytu przyczyną niewydolności serca Abnormalities in cardiomyocyte proteins are responsible for heart failure

2005
Heart failure is a widely spread clinical and economic problem and a cause of very high morbidity and mortality. Heart failure can be caused by well known factors (secondary cardiomyopathy) or unknown ones (primary cardiomyopathy). Thanks to the technological development it is possible to name the causes of cardiomyopathy so for described as primary. One of the causes that can lead to primary cardiomyopathy development is the abnormality in cardiomyocyte proteins, namely proteins of cytomembrane (sarcoglycan, dystrophin), proteins of cytoskelet on (desmin, tubulin) and sarcomer (actin, myosin, tropomyosin I, T, C).
