High-temperature-resistant electric wire and preparation process thereof

2011
The invention discloses a high-temperature-resistant electric wire and a preparation process thereof. The high-temperature-resistant electric wire is structurally characterized in that an inner insulating layer which is wrapped by adopting polyimide composite belts (PTFE/PI/PTFE: Polytetrafluoroethylene/Polyimide/Polytetrafluoroethylene) is arranged on the periphery of a conductor made of standard stranded nickel-plated round copper wires, and an outer insulating layer woven from high-temperature-resistant alkali-free glass fibers is arranged on the periphery of the inner insulating layer. The preparation process comprises the steps of: stranding the nickel-plated round copper wires by using an electric wire strander to serve as the conductor; wrapping the polyimide composite belts (PTFE/PI/PTFE) by using a wrapping machine to serve as the inner insulating layer; sintering by using a sintering furnace, and weaving the high-temperature-resistant alkali-free glass fibers outside the inner insulating layer by using a weaving machine to serve as the outer insulating layer; and coating high-temperature-resistant emulsion on the surface of the outer insulating layer, drying by using the sintering furnace, and weaving the nickel-plated round copper wires by using the weaving machine to serve as a shielding layer. The invention has the advantages that wrapping and sintering processes are adopted for insulation, composite insulation is adopted, and the high-temperature-resistant electric wire has the characteristics of favorable electric properties and mechanical properties, resistance to high temperature reaching 400 DEG C, resistance to low temperature, small outer diameter, light weight, flexibility and the like.
