The invention relates to a bagged cement automatic bag-opening and discharging device for a nuclear power station. The bagged cement automatic bag-opening and discharging device for the nuclear power station comprises a sealing box, a conveying mechanism, a controller and a starting button. The bagged cement automatic bag-opening and discharging device for the nuclear power station is characterized by comprising a vertical lifting door, a cement bag recycling door and a cement exit. A cutting knife is fixed on the inner surface of the vertical lifting door, and the vertical lifting door is driven by a dynamic mechanism. An unpowered roller way and a belt conveying machine are respectively arranged inside and outside the vertical lifting door, and a guide rail is arranged on the upper portion of an outer shell. A motor can move on the guide rail through that a steel wire rope drags a bag-grabbing mechanism. A fine dust collecting machine is arranged on the top of the outer shell, signal input ends of the controller are respectively connected with signal output ends of a photoelectric sensor, a limiting switch and the starting button. Output ends of the controller are respectively connected with control ends of the belt conveying machine, the dynamic mechanism and the motor. The bagged cement automatic bag-opening and discharging device for the nuclear power station is simple in structure, low in cost, small in size, reliable in sealing, safe and convenient to use and maintain, and capable of meeting requirements for environmental protection of the nuclear power station.
