Safety tapping device based on crack detection

2015
The invention relates to a safety tapping device based on crack detection. An arc plate is transversely erected on two supporting bases. A tapping ejector base is arranged below the arc plate, and a tapping head is arranged above the arc plate. The supporting bases are provided with installing grooves matched with the ends of the arc plate and provided with fastening holes communicated with the installing grooves, and fastening screws are arranged in the fastening holes. Fastening inclined faces installing the fastening screws are arranged on the outer side faces of the supporting bases. A crushed material groove is formed in the upper end of the tapping ejector base, and ejector columns inclining towards the two sides are symmetrically arranged on the two sides of the crushed material groove. The upper ends of the ejector columns abut against the inner arc face of the arc plate. The ejector column on one side is provided with a photoelectric induction switch connected with a control center through a signal processing module. The control center controls the tapping head according to induction signals of the control center. An ultrasonic crack detector is arranged between the upper portion of the arc plate and the lower portion of the tapping head and rotationally connected with the supporting base on one side through a support.
