Deodorization of plasma powder

PURPOSE: To efficiently carry out deodorization of plasma powder excellent in long-term preservability, useful as a food material, etc., by bringing the plasma separated from animal blood into contact with porous reduced iron followed by conversion into powder. CONSTITUTION: The plasma separated from animal blood such as of cow is brought into contact with porous reduced iron followed by drying (e.g. spray drying to convert into powder, thus accomplishing the objective plasma powder deodorization.
