Hypoglossal Nerve Palsy during Meningococcal Meningitis

2014 
An otherwise healthy 48-year-old man was admitted to the hospital after a sudden fever and loss of consciousness. Cranial CT revealed dilatation of the ventricular system and diffuse cerebral edema. The patient also had right hypoglossal-nerve palsy, shown in a video.
