Cordyceps militaris rice and solid fermentation preparation method thereof

The invention discloses a solid fermentation preparation method for cordyceps militaris rice. The method is characterized by comprising the following steps of: selecting anti-pest complete rice; adding water for soaking for 0.5 to 3 hours in the ratio of water to a material of 1:0.5 to 1:2; draining after the rice adsorbs water sufficiently; sterilizing for 30 minutes at the temperature of 121 DEG C; cooling for inoculating; inoculating the seed liquid of cordyceps militaris in the inoculation amount of 5 to 15 percent (v/w) into the sterilized rice; and preparing golden to orange cordyceps militaris rice by adopting a dark and bright room alternated solid fermentation method. After the fermentation, natural drying is performed so that the water content of the cordyceps militaris rice reaches 11 to 12 percent.
