The invention provides a preparation method of a polymer foamed cement heat-insulation board. The method comprises the steps of: weighing substance components of stearic acid, sodium fluoride, lithium carbonate, potassium hydroxide, carbon black and ammonia water, adding to a certain amount of water with certain temperature according to the component proportion, uniformly mixing and reacting to obtain an additive; adding the additive to cement, fly ash and fiber yarn according to the ratio, stirring uniformly, then adding a foaming agent to obtain a mixed liquid, immediately pouring the mixed liquid to a die tank, and standing and curing to obtain a foamed cement blank; and cutting the blank into the foamed cement heat-insulation board. According to the preparation method provided by the invention, the time from producing the cement foamed blank to meeting the cutting strength is shortened to 2-3h from original 10-15d, and production, packaging and warehousing can be finished on the day, so that a great deal of stack curing space is saved; the product are excellent in foam stability and waterproof performance, and the compressive strength of the product is improved by more than 30%; and at the same time, the production cost is lowered and the production efficiency is improved.
