Effective permittivity of a nanostructured film consisting of elliptic ferroelectric grains

The effective dielectric permittivity of a nanostructured ferroelectric film consisting of elliptic ferroelectric grains has been theoretically studied as a function of the grain size and the thickness of a dead (nonferroelectric) surface layer in inhomogeneous grains.
