Research on the reliability of digital protective relay software

The reliability of digital protective relay software is emphasized in this paper. The stuffs which affect the software reliability of protective relays are introduced, the misconceives of the software reliability among developers are pointed out. In the last, this paper brings forward an approach to ensure the software reliability in the whole process of the software development.
