Calcification and ossification of lungs

Abstract The different types of lung calcification and ossification including idiopathic and developing after various diseases are in the article. We have described rare lung pathology - pulmonary alveolar microlithiasis. We have drawn attention to the possible mechanisms of lung calcification and ossification development.
