A power-losing trigger device, comprising a frame (102), an electromagnet (4) and an impacting rod (3). The impacting rod (3) vertically and movably penetrates through the frame (102), the upper end and the lower end of the impacting rod (3) are located outside the frame (102), a limiting buffer cushion (2) is installed on the upper section of the impacting rod (3), and the lower end is an impacting end (5). The electromagnet is installed on the frame (102). An energy storage piece (8) is arranged and has a downward action force on the impacting rod (3). When the electromagnet (4) is electrified, the impacting rod is positioned by means of the electromagnetic force; when the electromagnet (4) loses power, the keeping force of the electromagnet (4) on the impacting rod (3) is lost, and the impacting rod (3) performs downward impacting motion under the action force of the energy storage piece (8). The power-losing trigger device is implemented by using the electromagnet and a middle mechanism, and the electromagnetic force for maintaining the electromagnet is reduced by means of the middle amplifying mechanism, so that the current, the energy consumption and the cost of the electromagnet are reduced, the service life of the long-time electrification electromagnet is prolonged, and the automatic resetting ability of the electromagnet is improved; the electromagnet, an energy storage impacting structure and a resetting structure are simple, and are convenient to implement.
