The technology of the power amplifier gain amplifying circuit and power amplification circuit is placed outside the extension of the waveguide, not only effectively solve the problem of heat dissipation, but also greatly increases the power capacity of the system. The applicable frequency range of microwave and millimeter wave technology can cover a plurality of frequency bands, output power of the power device in connection with specific bandwidth requirements flexibly adjusted according to different frequency bands.
