Etkin liderlik ve takım çalışması = Effective leadership and teamwork

Uzun sure once isletme ve kurumlara giren ve hizla yayginlasan takim calismalari, cok boyutlu sorunlarda bile cozumun ve basarinin anahtari halini almistir. Takim calismasindaki basari ust yonetimin bakis acisiyla baglantili olmakla birlikte, takim elemanlarinin iliskileri, gonullu olmalari ve is birligine olan yatkinliklariyla da alakalidir. Bu noktada lider faktoru kendini hissettirmektedir. Liderin takim icindeki etkinligi basariyi saglayacak faktorlerin basinda gelir. Team works that spreading into the business and institutions long time ago, has become the key to success and solution even of the multi-dimensional problems. Althouhg success in the team work is related with the perspective of senior management, but also is about the relationships of the team members, their willingness to work, and their aptitude to cooperation. At this point, leading factor looms large. Efficiency of leader in the team work is the first factor to success in the team event.
