Cardiac rehabilitation information system: data standards for cardiac rehabilitation in Ireland.

This report on the development of national data standards for use in cardiac rehabilitation programmes in Ireland was funded by a grant from the Department of Health and Children through the Cardiovascular Health Strategy. It was conducted in the Health Services Research Centre, Department of Psychology, Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (RCSI). Ms. Deirbhile Lavin was the project Research Officer. Dr. David Hevey is a lecturer in the Department of Psychology, Trinity College Dublin. Professor Hannah McGee is the Director of the Health Services Research Centre, Department of Psychology, Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland. Dr. Davida De La Harpe is a Public Health Specialist at the Eastern Regional Health Authority. Ms Marian Kiernan is Project Manager of the Cardiovascular Health Strategy in the North Eastern Health Board. Dr.Emer Shelley is National Heart Health Advisor at the Department of Health and Children.
