A Research on the Influence of Wealth Effect,Human Capital and Financial Deepening on Rural Family Portfolio

Income level,health condition of family members and financial reform deepening degree in rural areas have important influence on rural family portfolio. The author classifies the material assets of rural families into life type and production investment type,builds a Logistic regression model based on the data collected from questionnaire and compares and researches the decisive factors of the material portfolio of rural families in the eastern and western areas. The conclusion proves the wealth effect assumption but the impacts of the health factor of rural family members and financial deepening condition on rural families in the eastern and western areas are inconsistent. The research conclusion is of reference value to the policy-making concerning rural economic development.
