Reminding method of fatigue driving and terminal device

The invention discloses a reminding method of fatigue driving and a terminal device. The reminding method of fatigue driving comprises the steps of detecting whether a user is in a driving status, and a physical fatigue detecting function of the terminal device is started when the user is in the driving status; a physical heart rate value of the user is monitored by a heart rate sensor of the terminal device through the physical fatigue detecting function, and an existing heart rate fluctuation rule of the user is determined according to the detected physical heart rate value; and when the determined existing heart rate fluctuation rule matches with the preset heart rate fluctuation rule, the fatigue driving status of the user is determined and alert information for the fatigue driving status is output. With the embodiment of the reminding method of fatigue driving and the terminal device, the fatigue driving status of the user can be automatically determined through the terminal device and reminding is given in time.
