On the Construction of Government Accountability System Under the View of Institution Justice

Political justice is the core issue of political philosophy and practice.Government accountability is not only an important way to construct the responsible government,but also the one channel to win the socialism justice.With further development of our society,the accountability system for building up our responsible government is comparatively lagging,and there has been lack of clear definition of government accountability,lack of rigid constraints of governmental authority,lack of effective way to punish default officials,and etc.Therefore,it is necessary to clarify responsibility to build up multi-system,to open government's business affairs,to expand citizen participation in the construction of this system,so as to institutionalize government accountability in our country.
