Tuneable error correction and link restructuring

The article discusses a new short parallel-concatenated modulation coding technique that shows early promising results. It presents a modulation tree code producing a binary symbol within quadrature modulation with a 16PSK demodulator/decoder. Symbols are allocated in two binary sets.
