Synthetic method of bedaquiline impurity

Bedaquiline which is used as a raw material undergoes catalytic hydrogenation with palladium-charcoal under the alkaline condition for debromination. The yield reaches 90%. In comparison with a published method, the method of the invention is simpler and more feasible, and yield is also greatly increased.
