Sheet for fiber-reinforced plastic molded body, and molded body thereof

Provided is a sheet for a fiber-reinforced plastic molded body that is useful as a stampable sheet, with which a high-strength, high heat-resistant fiber-reinforced molded body having excellent flame resistance, in which a thermoplastic resin having high heat resistance and flame resistance is used as a matrix resin, is obtained. This sheet for a fiber-reinforced plastic molded body is obtained by bonding a reinforced fiber sheet and a nonwoven sheet containing a matrix resin component, and is characterized in that: the nonwoven sheet contains a binder component and a matrix resin component comprising chopped strands of thermoplastic super-engineered fibers, wherein at least the limiting oxygen index is not less 25, and the fiber diameters are not more than 30 μm.
