Analiza kondicijskog statusa u kickboxing-u

2019
The aim of this research was to construct and validate a specific test to assess fitness and characteristic kickboxing performance. There were 4 woman and 5 men in total sample, ages 17-38. All subjects were active kickboxers, and at the time of testing they practiced this sport for a minimum of 10 years. The results indicated a satisfactory and to some extent even high reliabilty of the newly constructed test, which is objectively established, considering that reliabilty coefficients on this test are compared with the reliabilty coefficients on other tests that can be safely claimed to be highly consistent and often used in sports kinesiology practice. The test itself is not highly correlated with other jump performance, which are use in this research, but correlation oft the test with contact time with substrate has already been observed. Obviously, for the performance of the new constructed and validated test is more important good neuromuscular control than the magnitude of the energy capacity of the muscles that perform the movement.
